Plamen Oresharski, former Bulgarian Finance Minister, is the Bulgarian Socialist Party's official PM candidate, stated socialist leader Sergey Stanishev Monday.

All three other parliamentary parties have stated they have no intention to support a new GERB cabinet.
At the briefing Monday, Stanishev vowed that if elected, a socialist-led new cabinet will restore Bulgaria to normal social and political life, and will work towards boosting the ailing economy.
