Finnish police have been questioning two internet chat friends of a chemistry student suspected of killing himself and six others on Friday as he planted a bomb in a crowded shopping centre. "We are holding two of the bomber's friends," said a spokeswoman for the National Bureau for Investigation, Tuula Kyren. "We are trying to find out what connection they have to the bomber," she said. She stressed they were not under suspicion of being involved in the bombing. The Finnish Government has declared Tuesday an official day of mourning, with flags flying at half mast across the country.
