Three more suspects have been taken into custody over Boston Marathon bombings, police announced.
"Three additional suspects taken into custody in marathon bombing case. Details to follow," the Boston Police Department said in an official statement.
The police department has released no further information of the suspects' identities or their alleged roles.
Dzhokhar Tsarnaev, a 19-year-old student, has been charged over the bombings, which killed three people and injured more than 260 others.
His elder brother, Tamerlan, was killed during a shoot-out with police in Boston on 19 April.
Authorities had earlier suggested that the two brothers were believed to have worked alone.
