Bulgarian President Rosen Plevneliev was one of the two acting heads of state who attended Wednesday's ceremonial funeral of former British PM Margaret Thatcher.

Among the acting PMs to attend the ceremony were Israel's Benjamin Netanyahu, Poland's Donald Tusk and Canada's Stephen Harper.
Germany was represented by Foreign Affairs Minister Guido Westerwelle.
Argentina, with which Thatcher's Britain led the 1982 Falkalds War, did not send an official representative.
