Unknown offenders broke into an office of Tokuda Bank in Sofia Wednesday night.

The bank office is on Ami Bue Str. in Sofia.

The signal for the robbery was referred to the police by a private security company.

The robbers stole an amount of money equaling BGN 28 000 denominated in different currencies.

The sum is insured, according to reports of the bank, and the customers will not suffer any damages due to the accident.

There is no public safety vault at this particular office of Tokuda Bank.

All competent authorities have been notified about the robbery and the police are on the lookout for the perpetrators.
