Crime | March 14, 2013, Thursday // 12:41

A 46-year old "dissatisfied customer" who threw acid at three Bulgarian prostitutes in Lyon has been arrested, according to French media.

The disturbing attack took place in January, but it was only after the arrest that media reported on it, the Bulgarian 24 Chasa daily says.

The man was arrested after being recognized by one of the victims, who contacted the police.

The three young women were in a total incapacity to work for two to five days as a result of the attack.

During his arrest, the individual was in possession of a vial which smelled strongly of chemicals, according to Metro France. The investigation has shown that it was a mixture of ammonia and hydrochloric acid. Police found other similar vials in his home.
