Bulgarian police authorities are after two bikers who entered a mall in the capital Sofia on Thursday, shocking visitors and shopkeepers alike.

The bikers accessed the mall through its underground parking lot, rode through the escalators and disappeared through the main entry, their stunt lasting approximately a minute.

Shopkeepers were quick to close their shops, fearing the gang may rob them. The mall cops did not react, the Bulgarian National Television says.

CCTV cameras captured the bikers but their license plates were covered.

Sofia's Traffic Police have reminded that they are in charge of controlling road traffic "and not mall traffic."

In 2010, three bikers performed a similar stunt in another Sofia mall.
