Bulgaria's Prime Minister Boyko Borisov and left-wing oppositional Bulgarian Socialist Party MP Korneliya Ninova engaged in their habitual bitter verbal fight during Friday's parliamentary session in the country.
After asking the Prime Minister about his cabinet's potential future anti-crisis measures, Ninova accused him of not answering any questions in a concrete manner.
"Your tradition of turning serious topics into a circus deteriorates the quality of the parliament as an institution," Ninova stated. Her anger was triggered of what she perceived as Borisov's lack of clear ideas, since he simply referred to the previous government's failures during his answer.
"I am not a "little" Prime Minister and you are not a "great" lawmaker to talk to me like that. That's how you should talk to your husband and your lover, but not to me," Borisov angrily replied to the MP. Ninova and the Prime Minister are known for frequently quarreling in the Parliament.
During Friday's parliamentary session, the Bulgarian Prime Minister reiterated the former cabinet spent billions on projects his centrist-right GERB does not approve of, which he believed has rendered the current government incapable of providing the money necessary for increasing people's incomes.
