Bulgarian Prime Minister Boyko Borisov has met with Bulgarian students studying in the Hague, Netherlands.

"You are an example, and pride for us," Borisov told the students at the Hague University of Applied Science, where more than 400 Bulgarians are enrolled at present.

He expressed hopes that the actions of his government will lead to the creation of new jobs for those of the Bulgarian students abroad who wish to come home.

The major issues posed by the Bulgarian students in the Hague to Borisov and Foreign Minister Nikolay Mladenov focused on the procedures for the legalization of diplomas, the labor rights of Bulgarians in the Netherlands, and the voting procedures for Bulgarians abroad.

Earlier on Thursday, Borisov opened the 7th World Meeting of the Bulgarian Media, taking place in the Netherlands this year.
