The high winds that pestered the whole of the territory of Bulgaria Friday are set to return with full force Saturday afternoon.

The National Weather Service has declared code orange for dangerous weather for the central northern regions of Pleven, Veliko Tarnovo and Ruse.

Code yellow for potentially dangerous weather has been declared for all other regions in the country.

Winds, predominantly from the northwest, are expected to reach gusts as fast as 30 m/sec, especially in the western and eastern regions of the country.

The winds will reach hurricane strengths on mountain ranges and hikers and skiers are advised not to go out or use special caution.
