Bulgaria will send a plane to evacuate its citizens who want to leave Libya on Tuesday.

On Monday, Bulgaria's Foreign Minister Nikolay Mladenov said his institution was on stand-by and fully prepared for an independent Bulgarian evacuation or for a joint one with another European country.
