Bulgaria: NGOs Move to Restrict TV Porn in Bulgarian Hotels

Bulgarian NGOs have started to restrict the availability of free TV porn in hotels to guests who are underage.

Several NGOs and other entities including the National Kids' Network, Samaritan Association, Karin Dom Foundation, Parents Foundation, Children and Family Association, BG Radio have started a public campaign demanding tight regulations of free TV porn in hotels and guest houses.

"The free and unlimited access to adult channels is taken for granted in Bulgaria, and its restrictions are up to the good will and morals of the hotel owners," the statement of the campaign says.

The NGOs have pointed out that in American hotels the guest has to request and pay for adult programs, while hotels in many EU countries feature additional charges for watching TV in general.
