Bulgaria: Armenia Appoints New Ambassador to Bulgaria

Arsen Shoyan has been named the extraordinary and plenipotentiary Ambassador of Armenia to Bulgaria, the president's press office announced.

Shoyan has been serving so far as head of the Expert-Analytical Department at the President's Administration.

Armenian former Ambassador to Bulgaria Sergey Manaseryan has been appointed deputy Foreign Minister of Armenia.
