Bulgaria’s State Agency for National Security (DANS) has decided to increase the number of computer experts in order to improve the efforts for combating cyberterrorism.

On Friday, the Bulgarian Darik Radio reported that DANS wants to strengthen its team of computer specialists because the fight against illegal impact on state information systems is a priority for NATO and the European Union.

When criminals strike, they attack the communication systems between the various security services and create a chaos.

Bulgaria is planning to build a special center whose task would be to combat cyberterrorism. The center is envisioned to work under the Bulgarian Defense Ministry.
