Greece's President, Karolos Papoulias, is arriving Wednesday in Sofia on a two-day working visit at the invitation of his Bulgarian counterpart, Georgi Parvanov.

The Bulgarian presidential press service has announced that besides having a private meeting, the two will open a Bulgarian-Greek business forum. The two delegations will also hold plenary talks.

During his visit, Papoulias will also meet with Bulgaria's PM Boyko Borisov. The Spokesperson of the Bulgarian Parliament, Tsetska Tsacheva, will host a work lunch in honor of the guest.

The schedule of the Greek President also includes talks with the mayor of Sofia, Yordanka Fandakova, with the chair of the "Coalition for Bulgaria," Sergey Stanishev, and the co-chairs of the "Blue Coalition," Ivan Kostov and Martin Dimitrov.

Later, Papoulias and his wife, May Papoulia, will meet with the Bulgarian Patriarch Maxim.
