Bulgarian PM Boyko Borisov sent an official letter to greet Turkish counterpart Recep Tayyip Erdogan on the positive results of Turkey's Sunday constitutional referendum.

"The result of the vote, as well as the high turnout, are strong evidence of the broad public support for the politics led by your government," writes the Bulgarian PM to Erdogan.

"I am convinced that Sunday's referendum and the imminent constitutional reforms will be a new factor that will contribute to the deepening of the friendly cooperation between our two countries," further states Borisov.
