A 2,5 magnitude earthquake shook Sliven and surrounding villages at 10:50 on Thursday morning, local seismologists reported.

Irena Alexandrova, from theBulgarian Academy Of Sciences’ Geophysical Institute, reported that the epicenter of the quake was 240km East of Sofia.

Local Sliven authorities reported that there had been no damage or injuries reported.
