The singer of the Irish group Boyzone, Stephen Gately died overnight in the Spanish resort Mallorca.
The cause of the death of the 33-year-old man has not been revealed yet, Skynews reported.
Gately has died in a VIP room of a hotel in Mallorca where he stayed with his life partner Andrew Cowles. Gately and Cowles were wed in a civil union in 2006.
Boyzone was created in 1993, and saw immense popularity in the 1990s before splitting in 2009. In 2007, the group made a comeback appearance.
