Bulgaria Stars Set for 'Love is Folly' International Film Festival
Three of the most loved Bulgarian comedy actors will make an appearance at the 17th ‘Love is Folly' international film festival in Varna starting on Friday.
The Festival will be officially be opened by Culture Minister, Vezhdi Rashidov, in the Black Sea city at 19:00 and will continue until September 3.
Tatyana Lolova, Georgi Kaloyanchev and Nikola Anastasov will all make appearances in front of a crowd of film fans. Over 20 countries from 3 continents will present films over the coming week with a number of new Bulgarian joint ventures being premiered.
Saturday will be the first time that the Festival has focused on Indian Films. One of the highlights of the Festival will be the showing of ‘East Meets Barry West', an English-Bulgarian joint production, starring rapper Misho Shamara.
