The legal information system PRIS of Bulgaria's Ministries Council can now be accessed online by the public per the order of PM, Boyko Borisov.

PRIS can be accessed on pris.government.bg or through the link from the internet site of the Ministries Council - government.bg.

According to the Prime Minister the goal is to increase transparency and facilitate access to information.

The majority of the cabinet's acts until now remained hidden from society since they are not bound to be published. Among them are decrees of high public interest such as the activities financed by local or delegated municipal budgets, admission to colleges and universities, secondary education fees and others.

The system is now undergoing some improvements and will be launched as quickly as possible precisely over the huge public interest.
