President of Bulgaria, Georgi Parvanov, has issued Friday a decree, offering the National Assembly to pass Boyko Borisov's nominee for Prime Minister.

According to the Constitution of Bulgaria, the President is obliged to issue such a document, based on the successful handing back of the mandate for forming a government.

Borisov, leader of the GERB party which won the Parliament Elections on July 5, announced Thursday the names of the Ministers in the new Bulgarian government.

Decree No 274 of July 23 has been promulgated in the Friday's "State Gazette".

The Parliament will pass the nominees for minister at special session on Monday, July 27.
