Bulgaria's new cabinet will be officially sworn-in on July 27, the Speaker of the Parliament, Tsetska Tsacheva, informed Tuesday.

The Wednesday parliamentary session will accept the resignation of the government of Prime Minister, Sergey Stanishev.

The Wednesday agenda also includes the passing of a declaration about the priorities of the 41st General Assembly as well as the recall of the Member of the Parliament (MP) from the Citizens for European Development of Bulgaria (GERB) party, former rapper Todor Yosifov aka The Maniac.

The Wednesday session further includes a discussion of the project for a new parliamentary code with Tsacheva pointing out that those discussions could go on until Friday.

It is not yet clear if and when the MPs will be allowed a summer break.
