A light earthquake of 3,0 on Richter scale was registered Monday shortly after midnight in South-East Bulgaria.

The Bulgarian Ministry of Emergency Situations reported that the quake's epicenter was at about 180 kilometers in South-Easter direction form the capital Sofia.

The tremor was barely felt in the regions around the cities of Kardzhali and Smolyan.

No injuries or damages have been reported.
