The exhibit "European Images" of Bulgarian artist, Bozhidar Ikonomov, was launched Thursday at the terminal 2 of Sofia's Airport.

The exhibit consist of 14 billboards with posters featuring alongside each other the masterpieces of Leonardo, Austrian painter Klimt, Bulgarian artists Ivan Milev and Vladimir Dimitrov Maystora (The Master).

All summer long people flying to and from Sofia will be able to enjoy the exhibit, which was officially opened by Bulgaria's European Affairs Minister, Gergana Passy.

"The chosen location is symbolic because the airport is the frontier separating Bulgaria from the rest of the world. Boundaries are established and abolished and Bozhidar Ikonomov is someone, who has abolished many boundaries," Passy said at the official ceremony.
