Strong Earthquake in China claimed 13 lives
A strong earthquake with a magnitude of 6.6 has shaken Southwest China. At least 13 people have died in Sichuan province
Two earthquakes with a magnitude of 3.3 and 4 on the Richter struck about 160 kilometers southwest of the Bulgarian capital Sofia, the ministry of emergency situations announced.
There were no immediate reports of damage or injuries.
Bulgaria's Seismologic Institute said the quakes struck at 5:13 pm and 5:29 pm on Sunday in the regions, 160 kilometers southwest of Sofia, outside the territory of the country.
Meanwhile Macedonian authorities said four moderately strong earthquakes with preliminary magnitude between 4 and 5 rattled central Macedonia overnight.
No damage or injuries have been reported.
The Seismological Observatory said the epicenter of the tremors was about 37 miles (60 kilometers) southeast of the capital, Skopje, near the town of Sveti Nikole.
The last earthquake with magnitude 5 was registered Wednesday at 5:32 a.m. local time (0332GMT).
