`Our explicit stand is that there must be a fresh agreement with the International Monetary Fund (IMF)`, Milen Velchev, PM of the Simeon II National Movement told the Bulgarian National Radio. New agreement with the IMF is necessary, no matter if Bulgaria is to use the financing provided, or the contract is only a safety measure against possible crisis, Mr Velchev elaborated. `The agreement between Bulgaria and the IMF is needed to provide security to the investors whom we rely on to come to Bulgaria`, Velchev said.
