Famous Bulgarian musicians Vesko Panteleev - Eschkenazy , and his brother Maxim Panteleev-Eschkenazy joined by their cousin Martin Panteleev will perform at the European Musical Festival 2009.
The prestigious forum, organized by Cantus Firmus for the ninth time in row, kicked off in February in Bulgaria's biggest cities of Sofia, Plovdiv and Varna.
The cousins who are famous for their kills at playing violin and conducting will perform works by Bach, Dvorak and Baruch Thursday in Plovdiv. They will give a concert Friday at the 'Bulgaria' Hall in Sofia together with talented musicians from Classic FM-Tel orchestra.
The European Musical Festival closes on June 16. Until then, the audience will enjoy the Piano Duo of Aglika Genova & Liuben Dimitrov (April 10), the Polish pianist Stanislaw Drzewiecki (April 24) and the Concertgebouw Chamber Orchestra from the Netherlands (April 28).
The last three concerts of the festival will be performed by Soprano Svetlana Ivanova and pianist Vyara Shuperlieva (May 13), the Trio Hermes from the US (May 22) and the American diva Pamela Hoiles (June 16).
