Bulgarian Bus Overturns in Turkey, 11 Injured Including 2 Bulgarians
A bus with Bulgarian registration veered off its path, resulting in 11 injuries, two of which are reported to be severe
Eight individuals have been injured in a serious car accident in Sofia's "Druzhba" district Friday.
Two individuals have been trapped in the cars and were freed with the help of several firefighters. All have been taken to various Sofia hospitals. Their condition is currently unknown, but all are expected to survive.
The accident happened on the "Tsvetan Lazarov" boulevard, a little after 9:30 am. According to information obtained by Darik radio, a car entered the wrong direction of the road and crashed head-on with another automobile. The driver was a 17-year-old student, without a driver's license, who had taken his sister's car without her knowledge.
The two vehicles - a taxi cab and a privately owned "Fiat' have been totaled. Two other automobiles have also sustained significant damage.
