Bulgaria's President Presents His Book in Moscow
The book is in Russian, and is published by the "Rossiyskaya Gazeta". Its foreword is written by the renown Russian diplomat and former Prime Minister Evgeniy Primakov.
In his book, Parvanov discusses topics such as Bulgaria's strategic position in the Balkans, Bulgaria's energy sector, and the Bulgarian-Russian relations. He also tells about his meetings with world leaders and their meaning for Bulgaria's history.
During the presentation, which took place in Moscow's hotel "President", Parvanov declared that Bulgaria had paid a high cost for its EU membership as before the closure of the first four reactors it had been providing 50% of the region's electricity.
"If you need to be angry with someone about the American military bases in Bulgaria, you must be angry with me", the Bulgarian President declared as Evgeniy Primakov expressed Russia's discontent with Bulgaria's NATO accession as well as with NATO's moving closer to the Russian borders.
Bulgaria's President Georgi Parvanov is meeting Thursday with his Russian counterpart Dmitry Medvedev as well as with the Prime Minister Vladimir Putin.

My dearest BUDDY;
regrettably you do not know Bulgarian history!
PLEASE,STUDY IT BEFORE YOU START TALKING !
The BG tzar was JUST 6 years old when his father Boris died.
As far as I know from Bulgarians,who were old enough to live during the monarhy,
his father was poisoned by the NAZIS,returning from BERLIN.
They tried to force him to support the Army of the GREAT REICH with BG soldiers
but he refused and this was his death sentence!
So........... why should a 6 years old boy inherrit the NAZI aliance of his father?
He did NOT rule Bulgaria!
The country was ruled by a REGGENT government.
Bulgarias problems are coming exactly from people like Mr. Parvanov who ought to be a chamelon from his very first day in policy. Exactly like the so called former King of Bulgaria, who inherited from his Father the Nazi alliance with Hitler, and suddenly starts thinking like a socialist at the beginning of the year 2000!!. By the way the same could be said about Mr. Primakov who wrothe the introductory remarks to the book of Mr. Parvanov. Unfortunately the presentation has not been introduced under its real name: A Chameleon introduces an Chameleon
